Joe Rogers, after 25 years on the job, has decided that it is time to let someone else experience the fun time he has had doing this task. Formerly called 'Special Projects' this volunteer position involves storing past issues of the Fork & Blade, Lincoln Service Bulletins and other LOC publications and then selling/mailing them when a request for an item comes in. This, and keeping a ledger of transactions, takes about 4-5 hours per month but also gives opportunity to communicate with all sorts of folks interested in our Lincolns. Technical knowledge of the cars is not required but will inevitably be acquired over time.
For more information contact Joe Rogers at 610 716 1619 or Bill Wybenga at bwybenga@gmail.com or 613 476 4085 (Canada)

Over 100 people attended and there were over 40 Lincolns on the Show field.
We enjoyed a beautiful summer day for Thursday's tour to Saugatuck and a boat cruise.
Rain threatened on Friday's tour from the Gilmore to the Air Zoo so fewer classic Lincolns participated, the rain held off of course.
Friday night's dinner and auction was well attended and raised significant funds for the museum.
Show Saturday started with rain, just prior to 10AM, and once all the cars were positioned we had another shower followed by wiping down the cars. Around noon a sudden downpour washed the cars once more. With cars now thoroughly cleaned we enjoyed a pleasant afternoon.
You can see the 9 Classic Lincolns that participated, along with some. of the other cars by viewing the 2023 Homecoming Photo Album

Lincoln enthusiasts came from as far away as Norway and Finland—and from throughout the United States and Canada—to celebrate the centennial of Ford Motor Company’s purchase of the Lincoln Motor Company. Although most auto historians know that the Lincoln Motor Company was founded in 1920 to build automobiles, Ford Motor Company chose 2022 to celebrate the brand’s centennial because Ford had acquired Lincoln in February 1922.
The primary celebration took place on August 10 - 14 at the Lincoln Motor Car Heritage Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan but was preceded by optional pre-Homecoming events in Dearborn, Michigan on August 7 - 10. Complete details and photos are in the current issue of The Fork & Blade.

A complete registry of all extant Lincolns has been underway for several months by two dedicated Lincoln Owners Club members.
Linus Tremaine, who serves as the LOC West Coast vice president, is working on the L Registry, which includes Lincolns built between 1920 and 1930. Kai Laine, the club's European correspondent, is working on the K Registry, which includes the K, KA and KB models built between 1931 and 1939.
The registries will include all known Lincolns, including those not currently owned by LOC members. To that end, Linus and Kai will require the assistance of LOC members. If you're contacted by them please supply them with the information they need.
